The images and words are well done. However I'm not really sure how I feel about the panels being beveled/embossed/inner glow. If nothing else at least that makes you different.
the drop shadows sometimes interfere with the translations, it's sort of a funny balance between flat and dimensional, and the shadows emphasize the wrong part.

i like it but i agree, the type could be more interesting so it can work more flowy with the images
