1 - Go to "wikipedia." Hit “random”
or click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 - Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days:” http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
3 - Go to "Random quotations:" http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
From the very last quote on the page extract a short (four or five words) phrase.
This is the title of your first album.

4 - Use photoshop or similar to crop the image square and put it all together.
EXTRA CREDIT
Visit the random word generator: http://watchout4snakes.com/CreativityTools/RandomWord/RandomWordPlus.aspx
Click until you find a word you think appropriate (adjectives will probably yield the best results). This is the name of the record company.
Create a vector logo for the company (this should be about 1”sq), add the logo to the corner of the cover.

5 - Post it with these instructions (above) in the "caption."
TAG everyone in the class as well as any friends you think might want to join in.
consider:
fitting and/or cropping to square format
image resolution
combing images
juxtaposing alternative words and images
logo for record company
(this should probably consist of a mark and the word, but can be one or the other)
